Biography: Elizabeth J. Weber-Levi, DPM
Elizabeth J. Weber-Levi was born 4th of June 1971 in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. She was raised outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Graduated from Conestoga high school in 1989. Then, Graduated from Temple University in 1993 with a BA in Biology, which during college did a study abroad in Leeds, England at Leeds Polytechnic. Went on to the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, which is now know as Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and finished in 1998. While attending podiatry school, she did an internship abroad in Costa Rica for 2 months at the San Juan de Dios hospital. Spent 3 years in podiatric residency program at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, New York.
As a child/adult, she loves participating in Karate, Tennis, Hiking, Skiing and playing Piano. Her hobbies are helping out with the Adaptive ski program at Greek Peak Ski resort, Knitting, Crocheting, Cross stitching, traveling, and photography.
As a podiatrist, she began her own podiatry practice in Johnson City, NY in July 2001. She is a solo practitioner, for 8 years. She is chairperson of the podiatry department at Wilson/BGH hospitals in her area and board certified in podiatric orthopedics, medicine, and surgery. Dr. Weber-Levi has lectured at several podiatry conferences as well as participation in two residency programs teaching and helping in a residents clinic.
